Shan House Bridge, near Mickletown. This is the new course of the River Aire constructed after the breach which flooded a nearby open-cast mine.
Approaching Lemonroyd Lock. The channel on the right leads to the weir. This lock replaced the original Lemonroyd Lock and the former Kippax Lock when the new course of the river was constructed.
