This web site has been designed to try to help improve access for everyone.
The sizes of the fonts has been chosen to make the site easier to read for those with restricted vision. For the same reason, the colours have been chosen to give sufficient contrast between text and background.
The design includes Access keys for blind readers or those unable to use a mouse.
The following access keys have been used:
1 Return to the Home Page
2 Skip past the navigation to the page content
To use an Access key, you should follow the instructions below:
If you are on a PC using Internet Explorer 5, 6 or 7, hold down the Alt key then press the required Access key. Then let go of both keys and press Return.
If you are on a PC using Firefox, Netscape 7, Internet Explorer 4, hold down the Alt key then press the required Access key.
If you are on a Mac using Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 5, 6 or 7, hold down the Ctrl key then press the required Access key.
If you are using Opera, hold down the Shift key and Escape key. Then let go of both keys and press the required Access key.
The text size has been increased in the new design to increase readability.
Text can be re-sized if required by:
Click "View" on the toolbar, then click on "Text size" and select the size required
In Firefox you can press Ctrl with + to increase font size or Ctrl with - to decrease font size.
